About Us
About Pinnacle Powder Coating
We started in 2016 as a true start up company from partners Colby Grabill and Chase Young. Since then, our focus has been on top level customer service, quick delivery, high quality products, creativity, future vision, and a “never say no” approach. We stay true to our roots offering excellent service to our racing, home owner, and walk-in customers while keeping our focus on the larger manufacturing and production-level powder coating.
Our goal is to provide a one-stop shop for fabricators, manufacturers, hobbyists, and home-owners to have their voices heard and their projects completed from design to completion.
Our Process
Give us a call or email! All projects start with that first initial conversation, so feel free to reach out. From there, we can talk a little bit about your custom project and figure out a time for you to bring it in.
Come to our shop and we can go over more specifically what will work best for you. We offer 1000+ colors in-store, so you can take all the time you need in picking out the exact powder coating you want. After that, we’ll quote you on pricing based on color, material type, size of the project and more.
When you choose Pinnacle, you choose a high quality and reliable service team to get your custom project completed efficiently. As the Midwest’s leader in powder coatings, we’ve got you ‘coated’.
FAQs
Q. How is pricing determined?
A. We have a basic price chart available in our office, but most jobs are priced on an individual basis. There are many factors to consider when quoting, and we want every customer to get the best price possible. There are many price determining factors when choosing colors as well. Some colors require a clear coat, others require a base coat, and each color is priced differently from our suppliers.
Q. How long does the entire process take?
A. Our process times vary depending on the number of jobs moving through our shop. For in-stock colors, small jobs can be completed in as little as one day. Larger jobs, or jobs that require ordering non-stocked colors may take up to two weeks.
Q. What colors do you have?
A. Powder coating has been developing since the early 60's, and powder manufacturers have developed a nearly infinite selection of colors. From Gloss Black, to Glow-In-The-Dark, to factory matched automotive colors....there are thousands to choose from. Know that any color you pick is guaranteed to be durable and protective.
Q. What can be powder coated?
A. Technically, all metal items can be. However depending on the type of material, the process can be different. From pre-application to the final product..each metal type produces a different kind of undertaking. We can work with any project, so we encourage you to bring it in and we’ll work directly with you to make a plan for it!
